F1ABY's Take

F1ABY Commentary

Another thrilling Monaco GP where overtaking is about as likely as finding a parking spot in Monte Carlo! Charles Leclerc finally won his home race, and the entire principality probably heard his celebration from space. The most exciting moment was when a seagull almost landed on Verstappen's car - at least it would have been a position change! Monaco remains the ultimate test of precision, patience, and the ability to follow another car for 78 laps without losing your mind.

Race Notes

  • Charles Leclerc wins his home race for the first time
  • Only 3 overtakes during the entire race - all in the pits
  • Red Bull's strategy department took a vacation apparently
  • DRS was about as useful as a chocolate teapot
  • Qualifying was more important than Christmas morning

F1ABY Humor

More action in the Monaco harbor than on the actual track!
The most exciting overtake was a yacht passing another yacht in the background!
Drivers had enough time to order lunch and have it delivered during the race!
The safety car got more screen time than some midfield drivers!
Even the seagulls looked bored and flew away!
